Which Gulf licensing body covers you?
Gulf healthcare licensing is split across several separate regulators, each with its own exam, portal and requirements — there is no single "Gulf healthcare exam." If you're not sure which one applies to you, it's almost always determined by where you plan to work, not your profession.
DHA — Dubai
Dubai Health Authority. Covers healthcare professionals practising anywhere in the Emirate of Dubai. Registration runs through the Sheryan portal.
HAAD / DOH — Abu Dhabi
Still widely called the "HAAD exam" from the authority's former name; officially the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) since 2017. Covers the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
MOHAP — Northern Emirates
UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention. The federal authority covering Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain.
SLLE & other bodies
Other Gulf authorities — like Saudi's SLLE — run their own separate licensing exams outside the UAE, each with their own process. Check the exam library below for what MindBloom currently covers.
Every authority requires primary-source verification of your qualifications (usually via DataFlow) before you can book your exam, and most deliver the exam itself through Prometric or Pearson VUE test centres.
